This weekend is all about the Erie Canal — join us and you'll rediscover our history, experience an adventure, enjoy wonderful music, and have a chance to take a ride on the Erie Canal!
Take a ride on a boat, paddle a canoe, glide down the river with a crew team or just relax and enjoy watching the boats travel the canal. Enjoy a water-ski show and some great musical entertainment. Watch the kids get their face painted, create a piece of artwork.
Tour historic sites — Guy Park Manor, Lock 11,and the Mabee Farm. Climb a rock wall, be amazed by some of the work created by colonial artisans. Join in and sing the old canal songs, purchase farm fresh produce, or delight in a carnival ride.
Of course, there will be delicious food and refreshing beverages at all of our Canalfest sites.
